Domestic Elk

Our domestic Elk have been raised on the 18,000 acre Skyrider Wilderness Ranch in the Tabiona Valley of the Uinta Basin. They have been grass fed and grass finished. Most Elk meat lovers say that Elk has a mixed taste of venison and beef. As they are ranch raised, they have less of a game flavor because they do not roam across wildlands that typically have a sage essence.
