Extracted near the top blade of the cow's shoulder, our American Wagyu Mock Tender pushes the Mock tender to a luxurious level with the highest level of marbling. Packed with protein and full of rich beef flavor. The most highly recommended method of cooking it, is to braise it, which means searing it in a skillet, then simmering it in liquid until it's cooked through.
